So you have a good job, it pays the bills and you’re not too unhappy (not to say you’re not happy, but being a millionaire laying on the beach is my definition of happy). If this is you, go back to school! Really? Yes, really.

It is being discovered that working adults who continue their education often land the bigger promotions or switch over to a new company that offers a larger salary. One report even has the job market dependent upon this process.

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that by the year 2020, 15 million new jobs will be created requiring a college education. Only 3 million new workers with those credentials are projected to hit the job market, placing increased importance on upgrading the education of those already in the field.
