With working mothers being a large part of todays workforce (75% of todays workers are female) there are some companies out there that are investing in women. More and more companies are evolving to this change in who fills their positions (working moms) to become more understanding and supportive of women in the workplace which will benefit companies like these in generations to come.
If you are a working mother this would sound like a total dream come true which a lot of these companies have actually come to be. Here's a small list of what they offer:
- On site daycare for employees with a sliding fee scale to fit in your budget along with backup childcare and company sponsored community and/or in-home childcare
- On site fitness center complete with yoga classes to help you de-stress and deal with tension
- Childcare reimbursements of $175 per child enrolled in childcare per month for low income families
- 26 weeks of maternity leave with 8 weeks of it paid by the company
- $10,000 for a down payment on a new home for eligible families
